WHAT IS A REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS?
A registered address is required by any business that wants to trade legally in the UK. In order to register your company with Companies House, you need a registered, non-residential business address.
Our registered address services allow you to use a City of London registered address for your business. This means you can use the address to register your business. You can state this address to be your registered business address via your business collateral too, such as your website or leaflets.
However, you cannot receive any post except official HMRC post to this address – so your customers or suppliers won’t be able to send anything to your City registered address by default.
